How we build
We're a small independent studio. That shapes everything: we'd rather ship one app that respects you than ten that harvest you. The constraints below aren't marketing — they're the rules we actually build against.
On-device by default
If a feature can work without a server, it does. Most of our apps have no backend at all, which means there's no database of yours to leak.
Minimum permissions
We request the narrowest permission that makes a feature work, and the privacy policy explains exactly why each one is needed.
Your data isn't the product
We don't sell your personal data, and we don't build profiles from it to resell. If an app ever shows ads, its privacy policy will spell out what those ads do and don't use.
Honest about changes
If an app ever starts collecting something, the privacy policy is updated before that version ships — not after.
About the name
"Bug Free Apps" is a name, not a warranty. All software has bugs — ours included. Nothing on this site should be read as a claim or guarantee that any app, website, or other software we build is free of defects, errors, or downtime.
What the name actually stands for is how we respond: we test what we ship, we don't hide behind "works as intended," and when you report something broken we fix it and say so in the release notes. If you find a bug, tell us — that's the whole point.
Our apps are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
